TIKKI MAIDA OR DAHI KI

SAMAGREE--
                 1 cup dahi paani alag ki hui, 1/5 cup maida, 2bread ka chura, 1/2 cup hara dhaniya baarik kata hua, 1/2chammach baking powder, 1chammach chawal ka aata, tel talne k liye, Namak or mirch swad k anusaar.

VIDHI--
          1-Tel ko chhodkar  baki sare saman ko apas me mila le.
2- manchahi shape de de.
3- Tel garam karke sunahra hone tak tal le.
4- Garam garam paros de.

NOODLES

SAMAGREE--
                    1packet noodles, 4 se 5 lahsun ki kaliyan baarik kati hui, 5 bade chammach hara dhaniya baarik kata hua, 3 hari Mirch baarik kati, 2 badi pyaj baarik kati hui, thoda sa olive oil , Namak swad k anusaar

VIDHI--
            1- Noodles me tel or Namak daalkar ubaal Len or pani alag kar den.
2- pan me tel garam kar ke pyaj or lahsun ko bhun le.
3- hari mirch ir noodles daalkar bhune.
4-  hara dhaniya burak de.
5- garam garam Paros de... .

PAASTA (Red sauce paasta cream ke sath)

SAMAGREE--
                    2 cup ubla hua paasta, 2cup uble tamatar, 2 chammach olive oil, kuch Dane Kali Mirch ke, 2 tej patte,  3 badi pyajj baarik kati hui, 2 Kali lahsun baarik kati, 1shilmla Mirch baarik kati hui, 4 bade chammach tomato sauce, Namak or cheeni swad k anusaar, 1/2 katori cream or thoda sa kasa hua paneer

VIDHI--
           1- pan me olive oil daalkar usme tejpatta, pyaj or lahsun dalkar bhune.
2- ab usme tamatar or thoda Namak daalkar galae.
3- paasta ko chhod kar baki sari samagree daal de or 2 se 4 mint k liye pakae.
5- apki sauce taiyaar hai ab us me paasta daal kar milaen.
6- ab use plate me daalkar cream or paneer k sath serve Karen ....

VEGETABLE PAASTA WHITE SAUCE K SATH

SAMAGREE--
                    1 cup ubla hua macaroni paasta, 1/2cup white sauce, 1cup ubli hui sabjiya jaise ki gajar,matar, brokali baarik jati hui,patta gobhi baarik kati hui, 2 pyaj baarik kati hui, 1/2 cup shimla Mirch barik kati, 2 tamatar baarik Kate hue, 6 bade chammach processed kata paneer, Namak or kaali Mirch swad k anusaar, 4 chammach olive oil

VIDHI--
         1. Pan me olive oil daalkar us me  pyaj ki bhun Len.
2. Ab us me shimla Mirch or baki ubli sabjiyan daalkar 2 se 3 mint tak bhune.
3. Ab bachi hui samagree ko b daal den or bhune (paneer,namak,Mirch,white sause,paasta).
4. Garam garam Paros den.

PANEER MOMOJ

SAMAGREE--
    1 cup maida,  SWAD k anusar namak, paneer 1/2cup kasa hua,  1 chhota chammach adrak lahsun ka paste, 1/2 chammach garam masala, bareek kata hara dhaniya thoda sa, refined thoda sa, laal mirch swad k anusar

VIDHI--
         Kadhai me tail Garam Karke  namak ,paneer, garam masala,  adrak or lahsun ka paste, hara dhaniya, laal Mirch  daalkar tab tak bhune jb tak uska paani na sookh jaye.
Maida me pani daalkar gooth le ,or uski chhoti chhoti loi bana Len.  Banae hue paste ko maida ki loi me bharkar rakh Len. 15 munt tak bhaap me pakae or chatni ke sath garam garam parose

SPRING ROLLS (PALAK PANEER)

Samagree--
1 cup maida, tel talne k liye,1/4 chammach baking powder,namak, laal mirch, Kali mirch  swad k anusar., 1 cup palak ubal kr peesa hua,  1/3 cup paneer kasa hua, 1 tamatar barik kata hua.
Vidhi--
pan me oil garm karke palak,tamatar,paneer namak or Mirch dalkar  bhune jb tak uska pani na sookh jaye .thanda hone k lie rakh de .maida me laal mirch or namak mila kr gooth le. 8 se 10 inch ki patli roti bel kar garam tave par dono tarf se sek le. Har roti par bharavan failae. Kinaro par maida ka paste laga kar spring roll ki shape den. Rolls ko tel me tal le. Or fr cut kr me garam garam parose.

AALOO MATAR TIKKI BURGER

SAMAGREE-- 4 burger buns, 4 uble allo mash kiye hue,4 bade chammach matar boil ki hui, 2 bade chammach gajar kasi hui, 2 bade chammach corn flour, thoda sa jeera , namak or laal mirch powder swad anusaar, thoda sa oil sekne ke liye

VIDHI-- 
Aloo,matar,gajar, corn flour,laal mirch or namak ko milakar tikki ka aakar de. Non stick pan me Hakka sa oil laga kar sek le. Ban ko beech m se cut kr ke allo ki tikki us me laga de.ab chatni k sath parose
