SAMAGREE--
2 cup ubla hua paasta, 2cup uble tamatar, 2 chammach olive oil, kuch Dane Kali Mirch ke, 2 tej patte, 3 badi pyajj baarik kati hui, 2 Kali lahsun baarik kati, 1shilmla Mirch baarik kati hui, 4 bade chammach tomato sauce, Namak or cheeni swad k anusaar, 1/2 katori cream or thoda sa kasa hua paneer
VIDHI--
1- pan me olive oil daalkar usme tejpatta, pyaj or lahsun dalkar bhune.
2- ab usme tamatar or thoda Namak daalkar galae.
3- paasta ko chhod kar baki sari samagree daal de or 2 se 4 mint k liye pakae.
5- apki sauce taiyaar hai ab us me paasta daal kar milaen.
6- ab use plate me daalkar cream or paneer k sath serve Karen ....
