VIDHI--
Oil aur kaju kishmis ko chodkar kofta ki sari samgri mila kar dough bana le fir uski chote - chote kofte bana kar unke bitch m kaju aur kishmish k tukde fill kar le fir unhe garam oil m fry kar
1 -Kaju ko dudh me kuch der dal kar rakh de.
2- mixer m tomato milk k sath kaju makhane dal kar paste bana le.
3-ab ek kadai m oil garam kare ab usme jeera chatkaye fir usme paste dal kar bhoon le.
4-jab wo tel chhodne lage tab usme laal mirch ,salt,dhaniya powder,haldi dalker kuch der chala le.
5- usme dahi, cream or thoda sa pani dal kar paka le fir usme kofte dal kar 2-3 minute paka le.
6-gas band kar de ab use cream aur dhaniye se garnish kare..
